For venues

We build the concepts. We bring the crowd. You pour the drinks.

We are not asking you to back a mission. We fill the nights you struggle to sell, we carry every cost in front of the door, and you keep the bar. That is the whole pitch.

What you actually get

A packed floor, table spend, and a bar that hits its minimum.

High-energy programming aimed at a specific crowd, not a generic club night. The floor fills early, stays late, and drinks while it is there.

Packed dance floors

We market every date properly. A room half full at midnight is a marketing failure, and it is ours, not yours.

Premium table sales

Our crowd books tables. VIP and bottle spend is the highest-margin revenue in your building, and it comes with the room being full.

A dedicated demographic

We bring a specific, loyal audience rather than whoever walks past. They come for the booking, and they come back.

Zero marketing spend

Flyers, paid social, street promo, and the mailing list are ours. You do not spend a dollar to fill your own room.

How the money works

Three deal structures. Pick the one that suits your books.

Stated up front, because it is the first thing you want to know and the last thing most promoters will tell you.

01

Door split

We take the door, you keep the bar

The most common arrangement. We carry the artist fee, the production, and the marketing spend, and we get paid from ticket sales. Every dollar over the bar is yours and you have spent nothing to fill the room.

Best forQuiet weeknights and any room you are not currently programming

02

Bar guarantee

We guarantee a minimum bar take

If you would rather not gamble on a door split, we will underwrite a floor on bar revenue. If the room does not hit it, we make up the difference. If it beats it, you keep the upside.

Best forVenues with fixed staffing costs that need certainty

03

Full buyout

Flat fee for the room

You take a fixed fee, hand us the keys, and run the bar. We take all the door risk and all the door upside. Simplest arrangement on paper and the easiest to approve internally.

Best forLarge rooms, holiday dates, and one-off takeovers

You focus on operations

Six things you stop doing.

Everything in front of the door is ours. You run the bar, the security, and the building, exactly as you do now.

  • DJ booking, artist fees, contracts, and riders
  • Flyer and artwork design
  • Street promotion and digital advertising
  • Ticketing, guest list, and door management
  • Sound and lighting spec with your technical team
  • Post-event reporting — door count, bar take, demographic

Why partners stay

Four reasons it holds.

01

You keep the bar

The standard deal is simple: we take the door, you keep every dollar over the bar. On a full room that is the most profitable night of your week and you carried none of the marketing cost.

02

We carry the risk

Artist fees, production, and marketing spend are ours. If a night underperforms that is our problem, not a line on your P&L.

03

We fill midweek

Most of our venue partners came to us with a dead Thursday. We programme the nights you cannot sell, on the terms you set.

04

You keep your licence

Our door and security standards are stricter than most venues run in-house. Over a hundred events and not one licensing incident.

How it runs

Four steps, no pitch deck.

01

A twenty-minute call

The room, the nights you cannot sell, and what you want it to feel like. No deck.

02

A specific proposal

One date, one concept, one artist, and the split written down in plain numbers.

03

We take the risk

Artist fees, production, and marketing are committed by us before a ticket goes on sale.

04

You run the bar

Our production lead is in from load-in. Your team pours. Nothing else about your operation changes.

“They took our deadest night of the week and made it the one we plan the rota around. We have not had to think about programming it since.”
Operations lead — Warehouse 88, Toronto
“Every fee paid on time, every rider correct, and a crowd that actually came for the music. That is rarer than it should be.”

“We got real numbers back after the night instead of an impressions figure. First promoter who has done that for us.”
